The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 16, Houston, Texas 77030, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for the procurement of Support, Services, & Maintenance on the Flexible Video Cystoscopes for Urology cystoscopy procedures, at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center with KARL STORZ Endoscopy, in accordance with 41 U.S.C. §3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
