The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 16, Houston, Texas 77030, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for the procurement of Support, Services, & Maintenance on the Flexible Video Cystoscopes for Urology cystoscopy procedures, at the Michael E.
