Industry Day - Repair AMSA/ECS - Arden Hills ARC, MN

*PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS INDUSTRY DAY IS FULLY VIRTUAL* Please join us 12 March 2026 @ 10:00 AM EST for an Industry Day hosted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District Office for the design/build construction to Repair Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) / Equipment Concentration Site (ECS) - Arden Hills Army Reserve Center (ARC), MN. This project is a Design/Build project that will include:

Repairing a failing, 31,658 SF Area Maintenance Support Activity/Equipment Concentration Site (AMSA/ECS) vehicle maintenance facility at the Arden Hills Army Reserve Center (ARC) at Arden Hills, MN. This project will repair failing facility components, extend the economic life of the facility by 25 years and provide a modern maintenance facility that enables readiness for the Army Reserve units stationed there.

Other methods of meeting this requirement were analyzed, to include building demolition and new construction, but were deemed non-viable due to the cost of repair vs. the cost of demolition and new construction. Building components and systems to be repaired include the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), electrical distribution, fire alarm and suppression systems, ceilings, windows, doors, floor coverings, interior reconfiguration, and interior finishes.

Project includes retrofit installation of new 10T crane with 20' hook height and raising overall building roof to accommodate new crane hook height. The project will also repair the exterior facade and finishes. All hazardous materials (HAZMAT) removed as part of the demolition will be disposed of following all state and federal guidelines. This is not a Request for Proposal, an Invitation to Bid, or a Request for Quotation.

Therefore, this event is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract nor will the Government pay for information provided to the Government in a response nor pay for administrative costs incurred attending the Industry Day event. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with travel or providing information in response to this announcement.
