Building 9504 Conference Rooms Audio and Video Equipment

The Air Force intends to have an Industry Day/Site Visit to prepare to synopsize, solicit and award the following commodity: This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the effort required for the upgrade of three (3) each Conference Rooms and four (4) Offices Audio and Video Equipment for Building 9504 to include Delivery, Installation, Performance Verification, and Training in Building 9504 at Tinker Air Force Base, OK.

The attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) defines the effort required for the Audio and Video equipment update. The Contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services, parts and components provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined in this Statement of Work (SOW) A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award.

Contractors can register electronically at HYPERLINK https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ . The NAICS code for this requirement is 334310 with a size standard of 750 EMP. The site visit will take place on 4 October 2024 from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. If you will be attending the site visit, you must notify Sheridan Robison at sheridan.robison@us.af.mil by 27 September 2024 at 10:00 AM CST.

The email must contain who will be attending, phone numbers and emails for each individual, and if you will/will not need assistance getting on Tinker Air Force Base. YOU MUST RSVP TO THE EMAIL BY THE STATED TIME AND DATE TO BE ALLOWED ON THE SITE VISIT. You will need to bring a driver’s license to be allowed on the installation. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting a proposal.
