The attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) defines the effort required for the Audio and Video equipment update. The Contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services, parts and components provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined in this Statement of Work (SOW) A Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at HYPERLINK https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ . The NAICS code for this requirement is 334310 with a size standard of 750 EMP. The site visit will take place on 4 October 2024 from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. The email must contain who will be attending, phone numbers and emails for each individual, and if you will/will not need assistance getting on Tinker Air Force Base. YOU MUST RSVP TO THE EMAIL BY THE STATED TIME AND DATE TO BE ALLOWED ON THE SITE VISIT. You will need to bring a driver’s license to be allowed on the installation.
