Boston Parking Spaces

The Boston Field offices have 2 government vehicles assigned to their locations. Permanent parking is required for these vehicles as they are used for assignments such as outreach, check rides and travel, or record retrieval by Investigator Administrators.

There must be 2 parking spaces available, the parking spaces must have unlimited daily exit/entry, allow vehicles to occupy the space 24/7, parking spaces must be within a 0.5 mile walk from the Boston Field Offices (408 Atlantic Avenue, Suite #333, Boston, MA 02110), and the parking spaces must not put the agent’s safety/health at risk (eg. Walking across a bridge in freezing weather, located in an area that requires crossing an unsafe/busy roadway, etc.).

The period of performance will be September 21, 2024 until September 20, 2025, followed by 4 option years. The government intends to award a contract before the period of performance start date to a Boston area parking garage that can fulfill these requirements. The contract will be awarded based on best value for the following 3 factors; distance to the field office, safety and health risks, and price.
