Walking across a bridge in freezing weather, located in an area that requires crossing an unsafe/busy roadway, etc.). The period of performance will be September 21, 2024 until September 20, 2025, followed by 4 option years. The government intends to award a contract before the period of performance start date to a Boston area parking garage that can fulfill these requirements.
