Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Modification to Extend the Consolidated Air Force Satellite Control Network (SCN) Modifications, Maintenance, and Operations (CAMMO) Contract

THIS IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. RESPONSES TO THIS RFI ARE NOT OFFERORS AND CANNOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT. Space Systems Command (SSC) Product Support Enterprise Directorate (SSC/AC PKL) intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract action under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 as follows:

Contract Action: Modification to the existing contract to add a total of one-year extension to support the SCN.

This notice of intent is not a request for proposal. However, IAW FAR 5.207(16)(i), all responsible sources who are interested and regard themselves as capable to fulfill this requirement without a break in service are invited to submit a capability package to the Government for consideration.

NOTE: This does not include any transition period, and therefore, the interested source would need to assume responsiblity once the CAMMO contract period of performance ends 21 May 2024. Submit capability packages NLT 1400 MT on 29 Feb 2024 to Christina Ming, SAIO/PKO, christina.ming.2@spaceforce.mil. Response must be submitted via email. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
