Contractor: CACI NSS, LLC Unique Entity: L2TTR2QRV8H9 See Attached DRAFT J&A and current CAMMO PWS DRAFT_CAMMO Bridge_Justification and Approval_sam.gov_(009) CAMMO_OY6 PWS Rev 6.1_final_06DEC2023 No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for proposal. However, IAW FAR 5.207(16)(i), all responsible sources who are interested and regard themselves as capable to fulfill this requirement without a break in service are invited to submit a capability package to the Government for consideration. NOTE: This does not include any transition period, and therefore, the interested source would need to assume responsiblity once the CAMMO contract period of performance ends 21 May 2024. Submit capability packages NLT 1400 MT on 29 Feb 2024 to Christina Ming, SAIO/PKO, christina.ming.2@spaceforce.mil. Response must be submitted via email. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
