Notice of Intent to Sole Source

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Description of Services Required to Meet Government Need U.S. Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service, New Hampshire State Office, Dover, NH requires Updated Title Commitments and Closing Services for four (4) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) New Hampshire Easement Program landowners.

According to the Title Services Scope of Work for NRCS Easement Programs updated title commitments must be provided by the same vendor that completed the Preliminary Title Commitment. Notice of Intent to award a sole source purchase order under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The USDA intends to contract with Donahue, Tucker & Ciandella, PLLC PO BOX 630 Exeter, NH 03833-4936 on a sole source basis for the procurement of Updated Title Commitments and Closing Services.

Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Interested parties must submit technical capabilities, pricing and other information which demonstrates their ability to meet the Governments needs no later than the response time provided. Information submitted after response date will not be considered. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to the listed Primary Point of Contact. This synopsis is not considered a request for quote.

No solicitation document is available and telephone requests for technical information are not accepted. No contract will be awarded on a basis of offers received in response to this notice. Offers will be used only to determine if a comparable source is available and advantageous to the Government.
