Lease Modular Facility for Building 91 Personnel

The government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that may possess the capability of providing support to the existing Modular Facility lease. The level of security clearance and amount of foreign participation in this requirement has not been determined. The Government has determined that this system is a commercial item. Commercial item descriptions, commercial vendor catalog or price lists or commercial manuals assigned a technical manual number apply.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, travel, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, safety equipment, maintenance, teardown, removal, and leasing necessary to support the existing Modular Facility for one (1) Basic year and four (4) option years. The Modular Facility consists of:

Minimum of 12,705 square feet of total floor space. Complete facility (excluding ramps, decking, and steps) must be able to fit within a 165’ x 77’ paved area; Ramps, decking, and steps shall fit within the 145’ x 15’ and/or 40’ x 15’ areas. The complete facility shall consist of free-standing, self-contained modular unit(s) able to withstand general weather conditions. See PWS attached for full details.
