The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, travel, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, safety equipment, maintenance, teardown, removal, and leasing necessary to support the existing Modular Facility for one (1) Basic year and four (4) option years. The Modular Facility consists of: Minimum of 12,705 square feet of total floor space. Complete facility (excluding ramps, decking, and steps) must be able to fit within a 165’ x 77’ paved area; Ramps, decking, and steps shall fit within the 145’ x 15’ and/or 40’ x 15’ areas. The complete facility shall consist of free-standing, self-contained modular unit(s) able to withstand general weather conditions.
