Amendment 0003 makes changes to information provided in Amendment 0002. There is no change to the quote due date identified in Amendment 0002 as a result of this issued Amendment 0003.

Amendment 0002 provides responses to questions received regarding solicitation 9594CS24Q0050, Legal Case Management Solution, and makes changes to the solicitation.

Amendment 0001 postpones the quote due date until further notice. An amendment will be issued to re-establish the quote due date and time once responses to all questions received are completed. The quote due date and time included in this notice is not representative of the newly established quote due date and time. It is only a place holder as the SAM.gov requires some date and time to be added. As stated above, a new quote due date and time will be identified in the forthcoming amendment.

The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA), Office of General Counsel (OGC), requires a Software as a Service (SaaS) legal case management solution to upgrade its current desktop application to a more modern, web based, feature rich system that will offer outstanding document management, easy document retrieval with extensive search capabilities and easy to use workflow capabilities associated with the operation of a legal department.

In order to adhere to federal government requirements, the system must be FedRamp authorized. All submission requirements for a technical and price quote must be provided by the due date identified in Section L.
