Request for Proposals 951700-24-R-0091: FOUR (4) NEW SHORTWAVE TRANSMITTER SYSTEMS FOR USAGM KUWAIT TRANSMITTING STATION, AL JAHRA, KUWAIT This Opportunity is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for FOUR (4) new Shortwave Transmitter Systems for USAGM Kuwait Transmitting Station, Al Jahra, Kuwait.

The Government intends to award a Contract to the responsible offeror submitting a proposal which has been determined to be the best value to the Government.

USAGM intends to award a Contract based on initial proposals without holding discussions, although USAGM reserves the right to conduct discussions with the offeror or offerors.
