## Description

**Request for Proposals 951700-24-R-0091:** FOUR (4) NEW SHORTWAVE TRANSMITTER SYSTEMS FOR USAGM KUWAIT TRANSMITTING STATION, AL JAHRA, KUWAIT This Opportunity is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for FOUR (4) new Shortwave Transmitter Systems for USAGM Kuwait Transmitting Station, Al Jahra, Kuwait.

If you would like to submit a proposal, follow the instructions in the RFP, complete the required portions of the attached documents, and submit your proposal via email to Contracting Officer, David Wallace: dwallace@usagm.gov with a copy to Contract Specialist, Rodney Nelson: rnelson@usagm.gov. The Government intends to award a Contract to the responsible offeror submitting a proposal which has been determined to be the best value to the Government.

USAGM intends to award a Contract based on initial proposals without holding discussions, although USAGM reserves the right to conduct discussions with the offeror or offerors.
