CONTRACTING OFFICE CONTACT INFORMATION SrA Thearith Em: thearith.em@us.af.mil Casey L Hupton: casey.hupton.1@us.af.mil We looking for looking potential vendors who can complete the work according to the SOO for market research purposes. Please provide a capability statement if you are interested to the emails above. Project includes, but not limited to the following work elements. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, services, and incidentals.
No alterations, additions, or deletions shall be made unless with prior approval of the Contractor Project Manager and the government Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO). Work shall be completed in a neat, substantial, and competent manner. Work shall be done in compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Replace approximately 2350 sq yards of carpet on Lower Level 1: • Purchase new, approximately 1450 sq yards of carpet, Carpet to be Shaw Sculpt Loop (Style number 5T183), Color Clay installed Monolithic to match in progress project on Level 1. • Remove existing & replace with new, approximately 1100 sq yards of corridor carpet, salvaging as much reusable carpet as possible for reuse in office spaces. • Remove existing & replace with new, approximately 350 sq yards of corridor carpet in secure area, salvaging as much reusable carpet as possible for reuse in office spaces.
(Escorts will be required) • Work shall be performed in a manner that corridors remain open during work. • Purchase new approximately 300 sq yards of carpet to match Shaw Knit Color Sterling currently used in office spaces. No purchase required to match Mixed metal carpet. • Use both the salvaged carpet tiles from the corridors and new carpet tiles to replace carpet tiles in private office spaces at 1002 desks, approx. 900 sq yards.
(Escorts will be required) • See attached schedules that list both corridors and rooms affected. Prior to carpet removal & installation, the Contractor shall provide a critical path method construction schedule, to include the phasing/sequencing of carpet removal & replacement activities, as required. Coordinate all activities associated with this project with J431 Project Manager to minimize any mission impacts and contractor delays.
The Contractor shall furnish all required services, labor, tools, material, and equipment necessary to complete the installation and integration of the prime mission equipment in accordance with the approved site design and installation plan.
