This is a notification of an intent to award a contract to AZ Sound and Communication under NAICS code 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services by Indian Health Services under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The Indian Health Service currently has a Ortho Clinical Diagnostics chemistry analyzer. This contract will be to provide a cost per test contract for chemistry testing and analysis.
