The Indian Health Service (IHS), Chinle Service Unit: Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF), Pinon Health Center, and Tsaile Health Center. Chinle Service Unit needs a contractor to provide preventive maintenance agreement (PMA) and repair services for Carl Zeiss Optometry equipment. Services shall be provided in strict accordance with Scope of Work (SOW).
