## Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811210 with an associated small business size standard of $34.0 million.

**The Indian Health Service (IHS), Chinle Service Unit:** Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF), Pinon Health Center, and Tsaile Health Center. Chinle Service Unit needs a contractor to provide preventive maintenance agreement (PMA) and repair services for Carl Zeiss Optometry equipment.
