The task areas include management, installation services, and maintenance services within FDA's IT infrastructure, including all environments; ultimately supporting the agency's mission to protect and promote the health and safety of its employees. Reduction of manual activities such as ergonomic report production by ensuring the functionality of Comfort Zone™ software, brand or equal to, software.
