Amendment One: This amendment is for the following reason(s):

a. Added language to C.1. Change to 1. The service agreement shall cover the following equipment and services: Turret Unit for the EDX-7000 Serial Number Shimadzu Benchtop is Q24545701500 SA.

b. Added language in E. Line Item and Prices: Table Line 1, 2, 3 added “including the Turret Unit”.

c. All other terms and conditions remain the same.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented and additional information included in this notice. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03, effective 02/23/2024. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION AND A SEPARATE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

The solicitation number for this acquisition is 75F40124Q00210 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 811210 and the Small Business Size Standard is $34.0 million. This will be awarded as Firm-Fixed Price and competed as small business set-aside. Prospective Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any amendments from GSA E-Buy.

The Government reserves the right to award an order without discussions if the Contracting Officer determines that the initial offer is providing the Best Value and discussions are not necessary.
