Notice of Intent to Conduct Sole Source Action with Stormsource LLC dba DaySmart Appointments. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to contract on a sole source basis under the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition in 10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(1) implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Soliciting from a single source (including brand name), as defined in FAR 2.101.
