## Description

Notice of Intent to Conduct Sole Source Action with Stormsource LLC dba DaySmart Appointments. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to contract on a sole source basis under the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition in 10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(1) implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Soliciting from a single source (including brand name), as defined in FAR 2.101.

The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain software-as-a-service licensing, maintenance and support to assist in performing scheduling of appointments and events for professional mariners through the USCG National Maritime Center (NMC) across its CONUS and OCONUS locations. The USCG intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis a firm fixed-price (FFP) contract to:
