Intent for Brand Name - Powerscribe 360 & Modlink Software Training

The Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) is currently running PowerScribe 360 and Modlink software version 4.0 patch 7. PIMC uses the Nuance software with ISI Radiology (formally VA VistA Imaging) Picture Arching Communication System (PACS) system and IHS Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS). The Contractor shall provide Nuance PowerScribe 360 and Nuance Modlink training to three (3) PIMC staff team members.

Phoenix Area Indian Health Service (PAIHS) intends to award this requirement on a brand name basis for Powerscribe 360 and Modlink software training. There are no identified alternatives to these two brand-specific softwares. This special notice is intended to identify "Or Equal" opportunities to receive the required training as specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). All interested parties with verified solutions should respond to this special notice with detailed capability statements and FEDRAMP line card to the primary POC.
