PIH, OGD and EMT Design-Build for Airport Traffic Control Towers

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD AGAINST BLANKET ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA). The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to place an order against a preexisting BOA for the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Funded – Design-Build Construction projects at Pocatello Regional Airport (PIH) in Pocatello, ID, Ogden-Hinckley Airport (OGD) in Ogden, UT and San Gabriel Valley Aiport (EMT) in El Monte, CA. The preexisting BOA has pre-approved vendors who will bid on this opportunity.

The purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA’s decision to contract via the BOA.
