## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD AGAINST BLANKET ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA). The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to place an order against a preexisting BOA for the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Funded – Design-Build Construction projects at Pocatello Regional Airport (PIH) in Pocatello, ID, Ogden-Hinckley Airport (OGD) in Ogden, UT and San Gabriel Valley Aiport (EMT) in El Monte, CA. The preexisting BOA has pre-approved vendors who will bid on this opportunity.

The purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA’s decision to contract via the BOA. All questions pertaining to this announcement must be addressed in writing to Contracting Officer Sam Culberth at Sam.G.Culberth@faa.gov. Phone solicitation/questions will not be accepted. All communications must be submitted electronically via email.
