NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE – REMOTE VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM (RVSS) EQUIPMENT PURCHASE, REPAIR, AND UPGRADE PROCUREMENT IN SUPPORT OF CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING SPECIALIST CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW.

In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source using single source procedures. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award an IDIQ contract with a base year and 4 option years, for items listed in the attachment titled “17 NOI_6973GH-25-R-00084_CBP RVSS-UL_Parts List”.

Rational Basis for Use of Single Source Award Procedures: Clear Align, LLC is the only responsible source for procurement of parts and end items being requested by the Federal Aviation Administration Logistics Center in support of Customs and Border Protection.
