## Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE – REMOTE VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM (RVSS) EQUIPMENT PURCHASE, REPAIR, AND UPGRADE PROCUREMENT IN SUPPORT OF CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING SPECIALIST CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW.

In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source using single source procedures. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award an IDIQ contract with a base year and 4 option years, for items listed in the attachment titled “17 NOI_6973GH-25-R-00084_CBP RVSS-UL_Parts List”.

Rational Basis for Use of Single Source Award Procedures: Clear Align, LLC is the only responsible source for procurement of parts and end items being requested by the Federal Aviation Administration Logistics Center in support of Customs and Border Protection.

NAICS – 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance Manufacturing - Size Standard – $34M The FAA's current intended procurement strategy is to pursue an IDIQ Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract via single source award procedures to the following company: Clear Align LLC 24 SIMON ST NASHUA NH 03060 SAM UEI: JW1NMVDENCN6 This announcement is for informational purposes only, not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal.
