THE WETLAND/WATERS DELINEATION AND REPORT IS NEEDED FOR THE U.S. FISH WILDLIFE REFUGE, UPPER MISSISSIPI NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE, LA CROSSE DISTRICT (USFWS-UPLA) LA CROSSES COUNTIES, WISCONSIN AND TOWN OF SHELBY, WI.
NOTE: AWARD MAY BE BASED ON OTHER THAN THE LOWEST COST AND WILL BE BASED ON THE BEST VALUE TO THE GOVERNMENT. PRICE AND OTHER FACTORS WILL BE CONSIDERED. AWARD SHALL BE BASED ON PROPOSED METHODS AND TECHNIQUES TO PERFORM THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE STATEMENT OF WORK, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.
