THE WETLAND/WATERS DELINEATION AND REPORT IS NEEDED FOR THE U.S. FISH WILDLIFE REFUGE, UPPER MISSISSIPI NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE, LA CROSSE DISTRICT (USFWS-UPLA) LA CROSSES COUNTIES, WISCONSIN AND TOWN OF SHELBY, WI.

**NOTE:** AWARD MAY BE BASED ON OTHER THAN THE LOWEST COST AND WILL BE BASED ON THE BEST VALUE TO THE GOVERNMENT. PRICE AND OTHER FACTORS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
