Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) Geotechnical Drilling Services BPA

Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) intends to solicit and award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement(BPA) for Geotechnical Drilling Services. These services include, but are not limited to, the drilling of geotechnical borings, installing geotechnical instrumentation, performing field testing, and providing geotechnical field inspectors. These services must be provided by qualified personnel with the appropriate equipment and methods to ensure that performance standards are met.
