This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) as solicitation number 68HE0325Q0015.

Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This RFQ incorporates FAR provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-02, January 3, 2025.
