## Description

USEPA Region 3 Fleet Parking, Philadelphia, PA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, and 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) as solicitation number 68HE0325Q0015.

Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This RFQ incorporates FAR provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-02, January 3, 2025. This solicitation is issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 812930 and the business size standard is $47 million.
