175 Full Term: 7 years Firm Term: 3 years Option Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: Parking spaces must be reserved and dedicated for the exclusive use of the Agency - Parking must be secured with access control arms and security cameras Agency requires 24/7 access to the spaces - The offered parking space may be split between two different parking garages or lots if they are both within the delineated area -The initial term of the lease will be effective from the date it is signed until 11/5/2031 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.

A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space that is not in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year floodplain) is preferred. Offered space in the 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain or 1-percentannual chance floodplain will be considered, in respective order, if no alternatives exist.
