## Description

RLP Procurement Summary GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

**175 Full Term:** 7 years Firm Term: 3 years Option Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: Parking spaces must be reserved and dedicated for the exclusive use of the Agency - Parking must be secured with access control arms and security cameras Agency requires 24/7 access to the spaces - The offered parking space may be split between two different parking garages or lots if they are both within the delineated area -The initial term of the lease will be effective from the date it is signed until 11/5/2031 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.

A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space that is not in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year floodplain) is preferred. Offered space in the 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain or 1-percentannual chance floodplain will be considered, in respective order, if no alternatives exist.

Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition 10/2023 Regulation (FAR). ).
