National Institutes of Health, National Institutes of Health Olao.

Status

Special notice

Posted February 8, 2024. Scheduled to archive December 31, 2024.

Description

As published on SAM.gov.

This Special Notice applies to all contractors/vendors doing business with the National Institutes of Health (NIH). NIH has implemented DocuSign electronic signature capability for all PRISM award documents [e.g., contracts, indefinite delivery vehicles, delivery/task orders, purchase orders, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA), BPA calls, etc.]. NIH has started the roll-out of the DocuSign capability for these PRISM documents across the NIH acquisition community.

NIH’s rollout should be completed by the end of February 2024. For PRISM documents using DocuSign which require a contractor/vendor signature, the contractor/vendor will receive an email from the “donotreply-NIH-DocuSign@mail.nih.gov” mailbox. The body of the email will contain a large blue box stating “NIH Business System sent you a document to review and sign.” Contractors/vendors should click on the yellow box labeled “REVIEW DOCUMENT” and follow the DocuSign instructions for signing the document. Questions concerning the use of DocuSign for a specific PRISM award document should be directed to the NIH Contracting Officer for that specific action.
