Bobcat excavator and attachments

This procurement is a one time purchase order set-aside for small business under NAICS 333120. This will be a firm fixed price order. This requirement is for a compact excavator. Delivery will be to Naval Station North Island, Coronado, CA 92135. Complete and accurate addresses will be provided on the purchase order subsequent to award. This order is FOB destination. Award is subject to the terms and condition of this combined synopsis/solicitation.

The requirement is for all or nothing of the following Bobcat brand name part numbers and attachments identified in the attachment. Products must be TAA compliant. Delivery is required 120 days or sooner After Receipt of Order (ARO). The award will be conducted based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Offeror must be authorized to resell Bobcat products. Proposals must include Part numbers, no format required. The equipment must be new, not used or refurbished.

The proposal will be technically evaluated to determine that the proposed solution meets the requirements described herein. Past performance evaluation will be performed as part of a responsibility determination. Items are subject to review by the Contract Specialist and the customer prior to award. Quotes shall remain valid for at least 30 days from the date of deadline submission.

Offeror shall provide Point of Contact information including name, phone number, email address, and company CAGE code on quote or in email submittal of quote. Government Furnished Equipment/Property will not be provided. Vendor must acknowledge, mark order as shipped, and provide tracking information through Vendor Portal or EDI.
