Description
As published on SAM.gov.
This Task Order (TO) was awarded on 10/20/2020 to support the Office of Business Operations (BusOps) by providing it with program/acquisition support services and financial analyst services for the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) program and Contracting Teams. ON 08/08/2024, the Government bilaterally executed an out-of-scope modification for the following purpose: Incorporate administrative changes. Revise the fill-ins for clause FAR 52.217-9.
Add OASIS+ to the contracts these services support. Modify and award financial analyst services The first three items were determined to be within the scope. There is significant risk in the scope evaluation for Purpose #4 due to the ambigeous nature of this Task Order's modification 0001 (detailed in attached justification). Therefore, this modification was determined to be out-of-scope to avoid unnecessary risk to the Government. This limited-sources justification and approval was established in support of the action.
