Add OASIS+ to the contracts these services support. Modify and award financial analyst services The first three items were determined to be within the scope. There is significant risk in the scope evaluation for Purpose #4 due to the ambigeous nature of this Task Order's modification 0001 (detailed in attached justification). Therefore, this modification was determined to be out-of-scope to avoid unnecessary risk to the Government.
