Bldg 1406 Carpet Renovation Site Visit

1. The 42d Contracting Squadron and LeMay Center intend to host a Site Visit for contractors interested in providing Carpet Renovation Services on Maxwell AFB as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) The Site Visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 24 April 2024, at 9:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT), Maxwell AFB, AL 36112.

2. The Site Visit is being held to afford interested parties an opportunity to visit the site and provide input on the attached “draft” SOW. The Government’s intent is to solicit via SAM.gov as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 238330 with a small business size standard of $19.0 M. The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Priced contract for services to Renovate Carpet on Maxwell AFB.

3. Offerors should be at the Maxwell AFB Visitor Center, Maxwell AFB, AL no later than 8:30 AM CDT to receive a visitor’s pass. Please provide a list of all attendees and ensure they have their driver’s license, proof of vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration. All attendees’ names will need to be submitted by Monday, 22 April 2024, at 12:00 PM CDT. In addition to the attendee’s name (as reflected on their driver’s license), include title and a telephone number for each individual. 4. SITE VISIT RESPONSE: The Government is looking forward to your input resulting from the Site Visit. Industry may see portions of submitted information in future solicitations. Portions of the response containing proprietary information should be clearly marked as such. Information submitted will not be returned to the respective respondents. Please provide the following information or any other pertinent information by Wednesday, 1 May 2024, at 4:00 PM CDT.
