The Site Visit is being held to afford interested parties an opportunity to visit the site and provide input on the attached “draft” SOW. The Government’s intent is to solicit via SAM.gov as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 238330 with a small business size standard of $19.0 M. The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Priced contract for services to Renovate Carpet on Maxwell AFB. 3. Offerors should be at the Maxwell AFB Visitor Center, Maxwell AFB, AL no later than 8:30 AM CDT to receive a visitor’s pass. Please provide a list of all attendees and ensure they have their driver’s license, proof of vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration. All attendees’ names will need to be submitted by Monday, 22 April 2024, at 12:00 PM CDT. In addition to the attendee’s name (as reflected on their driver’s license), include title and a telephone number for each individual.
