No, the contractor shall supply two (2) lock-out and tag-out kits with the lock-out/tag-out devices for each piece of equipment. Refer to the Statement of Work (SOW) section 2.13.

Question 2. With the new equipment in this RFP replacing existing equipment, please validate if it is acceptable to maintain similar spacing around the new equipment. Answer 2. The distance between new machines must be at a minimum the same clearance as the existing machines.
