## Description

36L79724Q0005 Amendment 0001 Question 1. Please validate if one (1) lock-out and tag-out kit/cabinet with sufficient devices for both washer/extractors is acceptable for this solicitation. Answer 1. No, the contractor shall supply two (2) lock-out and tag-out kits with the lock-out/tag-out devices for each piece of equipment. Refer to the Statement of Work (SOW) section 2.13.

Question 2. With the new equipment in this RFP replacing existing equipment, please validate if it is acceptable to maintain similar spacing around the new equipment. Answer 2. The distance between new machines must be at a minimum the same clearance as the existing machines.

Refer to the revised section 3.8. of the updated SOW included in amendment 0001. Question 3. Please validate if the atmospheric vents connected to the new washer-extractor can be connected to the atmospheric vent currently servicing Washer #3 and routed out as a common vent through the roof. Answer 3. Yes, the atmospheric vents connected to the new washer extractor can be connected to the atmospheric vent currently servicing washer extractor #3 and routed out as a common vent through the roof. Refer to the revised SOW section 4.7.7. included in amendment 0001.
