Awning Project

The Department of Veterans Affairs', CMOP division of NCO-15, intends to award a Construction Contract for Awning installation at Lancaster VA CMOP facility, 2962S. Longhorn Drive, Lancaster, TX 75134. See attached RFQ document for all necessary details. The NAICS Code for this project is 236210- Industrial Building Construction, size standard $45 million. Estimate of construction magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.

This project is being solicited as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) set aside. Proposals received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-2, Evaluation of quotations or offers. All questions are due by 23 September 2024, at 10:00 AM Central and must be e-mailed to robert.gochenour@va.gov. ELECTRONIC PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
