SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE – VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (VOSB) SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS FOR FULL DETAILS The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is conducting a market research survey to identify potential Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) contractors capable of performing the requirements of a forthcoming construction project estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204.

The applicable NAICS code is 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $45 million. This procurement is intended to be 100% set-aside for certified Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs). Interested parties must be registered and verified as VOSBs in VetCert (formerly VIP). All responses must be submitted via email to Robert.Gochenour@va.gov no later than the due date specified in this posting.
