Department of Veteran Affairs Chelmsford CMOP Intent to Sole Source One Time Maintenance on Semi-Automated Packing Stations.

SPECIAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT. This Notice is to announce that the Department of Veteran Affairs, Consolidated Mail-Out Phamacy(CMOP) located in Chelmsford, MA is proposing to negotiate a one-time, sole source, Firm Fixed Priced services contract with Quality Management Systems Inc. (QMSI), PO Box 1210, Lavergne, TN. 37086-1210, a Small Business to provide a one-time maintenance service for automated packing stations and application changes to support 50-digit label changes.

This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of:

Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence, that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Last day to provide affirmative written response is December 13, 2024 at 10:00 am CST.

A determination by the Government to or not to compete the proposed procurement base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any solicitation resulting from the analysis of information obtained will be announced to the public in SAM.gov in accordance with FAR Part 5. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation (s).
