INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - Staffing Support Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and Shipper/Packers Lancaster, TX

SPECIAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD. This Notice is to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, hereby announces its notice of intent to negotiate with A-Team Solutions LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), on a sole source basis.

This is in accordance with (IAW) 38 U.S. Code 8127 and VAAR 819.70008 to provide staffing support consisting of Pharmacists, Pharmacist Technicians, and Shipper/Packers on a full-time basis. This staffing will support the dispensing of pharmaceuticals to Veterans for a period of up to two months for the Consolidated Mail-Out Pharmacy (CMOP) located in Lancaster, TX. These services represent a critical need in providing 120,000 prescriptions being mailed out daily to Veterans.

The applicable NAICs Code for this requirement is 561210 Facility Support Services THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement to the network contracting office (NCO) 15, via email to Teresa.Clark3@va.gov to express their ability to provide these products for future needs.
