Contingency plan is required for planned and unplanned staffing absences to ensure deliveries are uninterrupted. Delivery delays are communicated to the Nuclear Medicine Department within 8 hours of the normal delivery day and time. Expected missed deliveries are communicated 48 hours prior to the normal delivery day and time.

Optional Line Items Delivery Requirements: All deliverables should be prepared for delivery to VA Black Hills HCS on or about March 1, 2025 through September 30, 2025.
