**Functional/Performance/Specification General Equipment Name:** Nuclear Isotope for Nuclear Medicine Imaging Description & Salient Characteristics Required Individual Line Items & Quantity of Items Radiopharmaceutical Dose Range Amount/week Tc-99m Sestamibi 20 – 30 mCi 1 Tc-99m Choletec (Mebrofenin) 5 – 12 mCi 1 Tc-99m MDP/HDP (Medronate) 20 – 30 mCi 3 Tc-99m Myoview (Tetrofosmin) 10 – 45 mCi 12 – 24 Tc-99m NaTcO4 (RBC-PYP) 100 mCi 1 per 3 weeks Tc-99m Mag3 (Mertiatide) 5 – 12 mCi 1 Weekday Delivery N/A 4 Delivery Requirements: Single unit radioisotope doses are required 5 days per week (Monday – Friday) to be delivered to the Nuclear Medicine Department at Fort Meade no later than 8:00am.

Contingency plan is required for planned and unplanned staffing absences to ensure deliveries are uninterrupted. Delivery delays are communicated to the Nuclear Medicine Department within 8 hours of the normal delivery day and time. Expected missed deliveries are communicated 48 hours prior to the normal delivery day and time.

**Optional Line Items Delivery Requirements:** All deliverables should be prepared for delivery to VA Black Hills HCS on or about March 1, 2025 through September 30, 2025.
