Notice of Intent to Sole Source - MIM Software Module

Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and negotiate a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price supply contract with the large business manufacturer MIM Software. The procurement is for a cardiac module to the existing MIM Encore Software System. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 513210. MIM Software has the proprietary rights for this particular software.

This procurement is limited to one source in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(2) Soliciting from a Single Source, as no other services would satisfy the Agency s requirement. The anticipated award date: 06/15/2024 This requirement is for: Department of Veterans Affairs Puget Sound VA Health Care System 1660 S Columbian Way Seattle, WA 98108 This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be made available. Any responses received will only be considered for the purposes of determining the marketplace for future procurements. The Government will not pay for information submitted. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement.
